1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

• "tamu4d," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the tamu4d online betting platform and its operators.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the tamu4d platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal user account created on the tamu4d platform.
• "Services" refers to all betting, gaming, and related services provided by tamu4d, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and other games.
• "Deposit" refers to funds transferred by you to your tamu4d account for the purpose of placing bets.
• "Withdrawal" refers to funds transferred from your tamu4d account to your designated bank account or e-wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives offered by tamu4d.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the amount you must wager before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on tamu4d, accessing our website, or using any of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Services.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tamu4d. Your continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms signifies your acceptance of those changes.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To use tamu4d's Services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted.

• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

tamu4d reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

3.2 Account Registration

When registering for a tamu4d account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Create only one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Not register an account on behalf of another person or entity.
• Not use a false identity or impersonate any person or entity.

tamu4d reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an account at any time without prior notice if we believe you have violated these terms.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Under international anti-money laundering regulations and our commitment to responsible gaming, tamu4d requires identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) for all users. You may be required to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document dated within the last 3 months).
• Proof of payment method (bank statement showing your registered bank account).
• Additional documentation as reasonably requested by tamu4d.

Verification is typically required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding Rp 10.000.000. Accounts that fail to complete verification within 30 days of the request may be suspended until verification is completed.

4. Account Security

4.1 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Not allow any other person to use your account or access the platform using your credentials.
• Notify tamu4d immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public computers.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not. tamu4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4.2 Two-Factor Authentication

tamu4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. While optional, 2FA provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

tamu4d accepts deposits via Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Deposit terms include:

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 10.000 per transaction.
• Maximum Deposit: No maximum limit, but individual transactions may be subject to payment provider limits.
• Processing Time: Deposits are typically instant. If your deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact customer support.
• Deposit Fees: tamu4d does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may charge their own fees.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal terms and conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000 per transaction. VIP Diamond members may request higher limits.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawals process within 3-5 minutes during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB). Off-peak withdrawals may take up to 30 minutes. VIP Gold and above receive priority processing.
• Wagering Requirement: Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
• Withdrawal Fees: tamu4d does not charge withdrawal fees for up to 5 withdrawals per month. Additional withdrawals may incur a Rp 10.000 processing fee.

Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals. Accounts with pending KYC verification may experience withdrawal delays.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

tamu4d operates in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large transactions, unusual betting patterns, or accounts exhibiting suspicious activity. Funds suspected of being proceeds of crime will be reported to appropriate authorities and frozen pending investigation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

tamu4d offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are granted at tamu4d's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
• Each bonus has specific eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times you must wager the bonus (and sometimes deposit) amount before funds become withdrawable.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less.
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential account closure.

6.2 Welcome Bonus Example

Our current Welcome Bonus offers a 100% first deposit match up to Rp 5.000.000 with an 8x wagering requirement on the combined bonus and deposit amount. This means if you deposit Rp 1.000.000 and receive a Rp 1.000.000 bonus, you must wager Rp 16.000.000 (8 × Rp 2.000.000) before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. The bonus is valid for 30 days from activation.

6.3 VIP Cashback

VIP program members receive weekly cashback on net losses. Cashback rates range from 0.3% (Bronze tier) to 1.2% (Diamond tier). Cashback is calculated on net losses (total bets minus total wins) and credited every Monday at 12:00 WIB. Cashback funds have no wagering requirement and can be withdrawn immediately.

7. Betting Rules and Game Play

7.1 General Betting Rules

When placing bets on tamu4d, you agree to the following rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after submission.
• tamu4d reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors (e.g., incorrect odds due to technical malfunction).
• Maximum and minimum bet limits vary by game and may be adjusted without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet outcome, the decision of tamu4d's management is final.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, specific rules apply depending on the sport and bet type. Refer to our detailed sports betting rules for specifics.

7.2 Sports Betting

tamu4d offers pre-match and live betting on football, badminton, basketball, tennis, MotoGP, and other sports. Key rules include:

• Settlement: Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing sports body.
• Live Betting: Odds and markets change in real-time during live events. Bets are accepted or rejected based on odds at the moment of submission.
• Parlay Bets: All selections in a parlay (accumulator) must win for the bet to pay out. If any selection is void, the parlay odds adjust accordingly.
• Asian Handicap: Asian Handicap betting rules follow industry-standard conventions. Half-win and half-loss scenarios apply when the handicap falls on the match result.

7.3 Casino Games

Our casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games) are provided by licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, and NetEnt. Each game has its own rules and RTP (Return to Player) percentage, displayed in the game information panel. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays.

7.4 Disconnections

If you experience a disconnection during a game round, the round will continue to completion. Your bets remain valid, and winnings will be credited to your account. You can review the outcome by checking your game history after reconnecting.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tamu4d and may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Fraud: Using stolen credit cards, falsified documents, or engaging in any fraudulent activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage (particularly in poker or live dealer games).
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses, using VPNs to circumvent restrictions, or otherwise abusing promotional offers.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies across different platforms.
• Bot Use: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Money Laundering: Using tamu4d to launder proceeds of crime.
• Underage Gambling: Creating an account or gambling if you are under 21 years of age.
• Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or manipulate software.

We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserve the right to investigate any suspicious activity. Accounts found to be engaging in prohibited activities will be closed, and winnings forfeited.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the tamu4d platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and compilation of data, is the property of tamu4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from tamu4d without our prior written consent. The tamu4d name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of tamu4d and may not be used without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tamu4d and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Any damages resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Any damages resulting from third-party actions, including but not limited to game providers, payment processors, or internet service providers.
• Any losses incurred as a result of gambling activity, which is inherently risky.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of tamu4d shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the past 12 months, or Rp 10.000.000, whichever is lower.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. tamu4d does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for your gambling losses.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of our Services, please contact our customer support team first. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly and fairly. Provide as much detail as possible, including your account username, transaction IDs, and a description of the issue.

Our customer support team will investigate and respond within 5 business days. If the matter requires escalation, it will be reviewed by senior management, who will provide a final decision within 14 business days.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which tamu4d is licensed. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of tamu4d shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

12.3 Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

13. Changes to Terms

tamu4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email, account notification, or prominent notice on our website at least 7 days before taking effect.

Your continued use of tamu4d's Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using our Services and close your account.
